Equality, Diversity and Disability Statement

2Moto Training LLP

1. Our Commitment At 2Moto Training LLP, we believe that the freedom of the open road should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst our students and staff. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every rider—regardless of their background or physical ability—feels respected and empowered to succeed.

2. Equality and Non-Discrimination We provide equal opportunities to all students and do not discriminate on the grounds of:

  • Age
  • Disability
  • Gender reassignment
  • Marriage and civil partnership
  • Pregnancy and maternity
  • Race (including colour, nationality, and ethnic or national origin)
  • Religion or belief
  • Sex
  • Sexual orientation

3. Disability and Accessibility We recognise that having a disability does not automatically preclude someone from riding a motorcycle. We aim to be as inclusive as possible by:

  • Individual Assessments: Offering pre-training consultations to discuss specific needs and how we can adapt our teaching methods.
  • Reasonable Adjustments: Making practical changes to our training delivery, such as providing written materials in larger formats, allowing extra time for theory discussions, or adjusting the pace of practical sessions.
  • Physical Access: Ensuring our classroom and training pad facilities are as accessible as possible.
  • Specialised Equipment: While we provide standard training fleet bikes, we welcome discussions regarding students who wish to use their own suitably modified machinery for training and testing.

4. Our Expectations Inclusivity is a two-way street. We expect all students and staff at 2Moto Training LLP to:

  • Treat others with dignity and respect.
  • Refrain from any form of bullying, harassment, or exclusionary behaviour.
  • Report any concerns regarding discrimination to the Lead Instructor or Partners immediately.

5. Continuous Improvement We are constantly learning. We encourage feedback from our students on how we can improve our accessibility and inclusivity. If there is a barrier to your learning that we haven’t addressed, please let us know, and we will do our best to find a solution.
